Alexandria’s shoreline along the Potomac has changed since its founding. The original bank was very shallow and filled in to provide wharves and warehouses for this trading city. The original shoreline was discovered during construction of Hotel Indigo and set in stone.

Project 365

Hi, I'm Teejay. This is the consolidated home of my Project 52 and Project 365/366. This started as a fun challenge to try to post a photo a day. It’s evolved over the years to multiple photos per day, then a short break, then a few photos weekly, and then back to a photo per day.
