Wise’s Tavern on the corner of N Fairfax and Cameron Streets was the first place George Washington was publicly addressed as President in 1789. John Wise Sr. owned several establishments and hotels in Alexandria and built several historic homes. This building is now office suites.

Project 365

Hi, I'm Teejay. This is the consolidated home of my Project 52 and Project 365/366. This started as a fun challenge to try to post a photo a day. It’s evolved over the years to multiple photos per day, then a short break, then a few photos weekly, and then back to a photo per day.
